Notes:- This diet is somewhat a chemical, do not like change, lunch dinner and vice versa.- In case of failure to clarify the quantity, it means that it is not specific numbers, and you can eat what you want.- In the case of hunger, or the option of eating Islands do not collect them.- You have to walk for thirty minutes at least once.- In the case of nausea and lethargy in the first week, it is natural that there is no panic.- If you are suffering from diseases of the colon or any other infectious disease, you should consult your doctor first before starting Balrgim.
